BURNER, I/R - BROILER for American Range - Part# A14019 allows you to roast meat using infrared or direct heat. It is also suitable for grilling. The cast iron burner with chrome plating creates intense heat for fast cooking and it has the capacity to accommodate up to 9" diameter pots. The roasting burner can be used as a second broiler when the gas griddle is in use .

This is a new burner, broiler for American Range. This part fits American Range models BRB1G5, BR16BSC, WBRB4, WBRC3 and WBRC33. The A14019 is a factory replacement part that is used for home or commercial use.

The BROILER I/R BURNER can replace a broiler pan under a smooth top range or mount in a free standing stove. It has a large cavity for roasting and searing both meat and vegetables. The internal infrared element is adjustable so the broiler delivers hot, even heat. NOTE: Minimum width of opening to fire box 18".
