BURNER VALVE for Vulcan - Part# 00-812041-00001
A porcelain burnert valve inlet, also known as a "bushing", is the point of entry for fuel into the gas valve assembly. It is part number 00-812041-00001, the model designation for Vulcan propane gas grills manufactured from 2002 through 2006. If your Vulcan grill is no longer able to light, this may likely be the problem. On rare occasions it's possible that it could be a bad pilot lamp or loose wire connection or something else entirely.
The BURNER VALVE for Vulcan is a genuine OEM replacement part. This part is the same as the hall effect valve and accuracy calibrator circuit used in all Vulcan ranges. This can be replaced easily with common tools available at your local heating/plumbing supply store.
