The Primus® finger pin spring is designed for use with door closer models 97, 97BRT, C93 and C93BRT. It is a 2-3/8" tall spring designed to provide optimal tension for doors up to 1-3/8" thick.

The Primus finger spring in the Schlage C603951 front door lock is used for achieving latchbolt retract, latchbolt extend, or cutaway functions. The spring projects the latchbolt when unlocked to provide access to the inside of the door from the outside.

This OIL-FREE, High-Performance, Finger Pin Spring is made by SCHLAGE LOCK COMPANY for SCHLAGE CURRANTS brand deadbolts. The Schlage finger pin spring was designed to improve the performance of any deadbolt that uses these finger pins. This finger pin is to be used with deadbolts that have a 1" fixed side pin. It is meant to work with the Primus-18 pin cylinder and the B9000IIC 9001IIC Spring Handle Deadbolt.
