The Carrier® 297502 DC99RA025 Union Coupler for your air conditioner system delivers flexible connection points for connecting to existing lines to extend the length of otherwise short lines.

The Carrier Vacuum Cleaner uses a Union Coupler to deliver the air from your central unit to your vacuum. This part has a length of 11 inches and is used with the following models: CV5122B-04S, CV5212A-04S, CV5122A-04S, CV5211A-04S, CV5211E-04S, CV5121A-04S and CV4112L-04S.

The 297502 Union Coupler is made of aluminum and fits two isolated air connections, one male, one female, for Carrier 18i units. This part reduces the number of original equipment parts required to use the 6i or 18i systems. The rating of this union coupler is 5/8".

A union coupler allows for two pneumatic hose assemblies to be joined with a single connector. This greatly simplifies rolling hose assemblies and keeping them connected. Features: The majority of this assembly is made of steel for added durability. It's designed for use between two pieces of 1/4" ID, 0.155" OD nylon or polyurethane tubing. For long-term storage the union coupler can be easily separated by removing the set screw, simply snap them back together when ready to use.

The Carrier 297502 DC99RA025 is designed to connect the outdoor condenser unit and indoor evaporator coil in order to bring evaporator discharge air back into the home. The Union Coupler is formed by interchangeable parts that thread together using factory-supplied unions.
