The modular design allows for quick and easy installation through top or bottom hang-on mounting. The exclusive Constant Power feature allows for thermal compensation while maintaining constant power throughout the entire speed range. The built-in Differential Protection System monitors motor windings and will not let more current pass into winding until it has cooled off, thus increasing motor life

Carrier ball bearing motor furnishes maximum efficiency and durability, while a specially designed drive system offers low-noise operation. An electronically controlled variable speed drive consists of a rugged cast iron and aluminum gear box, a permanent split capacitor starter, and heavy duty overloads. Unit also includes a 1/2hp 120/240V single phase induction motor with auto restart after power outage for uninterruptable service, Rotation stops at top speed to help prolong motor life.
