The AST-405 caulking gun , utilizes air pressure, not compressed air, for a more convenient operation. Air is stored in the handle and released by pressing the trigger. The air pressure drives the piston to produce an instantaneous flow for easier work and faster results.

The AST 405 is also equipped with a dual-purpose nosepiece that can be switched from a standard flat tip designed for traditional cartridges to a tube, which allows you to use all of our foam sealer cartridges.

The pneumatic AST-405 caulking gun features anodized aluminum components for added strength, comfort and durability. In addition to the standard aluminized steel barrel with aluminum wear tip, this gun is equipped with a nonmetallic composite handle for added strength. The AST-405 also has a built in air bubble release and flow control valve.
