Universal Solenoid Repair Kit, 14 Inch from Chicago Faucets is designed for use with Chicago Faucets valves manufactured after July 1, 2014. It includes the high-pressure replacement diaphragm, quick connect plug, retainer cap and 12? wire harness with quick connect plug. Chicago Faucets began producing all their residential faucet valves using solenoids in 2005. This repair kit complements that production changeover. For water conservation it is also recommended by the California Energy Commission to replace the solenoid once every ten years or an estimated 52000 cycles.

Chicago Faucets 1003115 Solenoid Repair Kit, This kit includes a housing and coil assembly to repair one solenoid valve. The housing is packed with features for better performance and longer life including a hot seat to provide greater heat transfer from the solenoid coil to the valve body, a vacuum breaker that prevents backflow of water through the heating element into the supply piping, and an adjustable pressure regulator that allows plumber to precisely control system pressure.
