This Cooking basket is made of PTFE Solid, fit Turbo Chefs Small Size and Medium Size.

The Cooking Basket for the Turbo Chef is a solid cooking basket that allows you to make steamed, broiled, roasted and grilled dishes. It's an accessory for your Turbo Chef and is made of PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene). The Cooking Basket fits snugly into the lower burner on the machine and has holes in the bottom so that steam can rise up through it. You can use the Cooking Basket with or without heat under it. It just depends on what you're trying to cook.

The Cooking Basket is made from PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) and is designed for use with the Turbo Chef and Turbo Chef II cooker hoods. Do not use in conventional ovens or other heat sources. Always use this accessory with the hood's blower activated.

The Cooking Basket fits perfectly over the Turbo Chef burners and captures all the food to eliminate splash-back. Made from PTFE, it's resistant to high temperatures up to 500°F and is non-stick.

The Cooking Basket (1000-0370) is designed for use with the TurboChef OV150. The basket is made from a Blend of PTFE and fiberglass coated with a non-stick ceramic coating. It can withstand temperatures up to 480F. Used for baking, frying and drying just about anything! Also an excellent item for margarita, martini or other shaken beverages.
