CAPFA AlumaFin7™ Cased Aluminum Evaporator Coil, Upflow/Downflow, 1.5 Ton, 14 in Cabinet with Orifice Expansion Device
The CAPFA AlumaFin7™ Cased Aluminum Evaporator Coil, upflow/downflow, 1.5 Ton, 14 in Cabinet with Orifice Expansion Device is a perfect fit for residential and light commercial use.
This Capped Aluminum Evaporator Coil, upflow/downflow, 1.5 ton, 14 in cabinet with orifice expansion device is essential for any commercial application that requires significant heat from a refrigeration system. The two-coil design allows for more air to pass through the fins of one coil than the other, resulting in a stronger airflow and greater heat-transfer capabilities. This design produces an even cycle of heat during use.
The CAPFA AlumaFin7™ aluminum fin evaporator coil is an open-style coil with straight fins available in an upflow/downflow or downflow configuration. The 14-inch (356 mm) diameter coil with aluminum fins provides uniform heat transfer and airflow distribution. The coil contains a primary coil, outer housing and copper tube plates.
CAPFA AlumaFin7™ Cased Aluminum Evaporator Coils are durable, reliable and deliver a high performance. With its extended 5-Year Warranty, 60-day no-charge replacement on ceramic coils, unique patented design in the industry, and its exclusive features that are only offered by CAPFA, this product proves to be the best choice for any application.
The CAPFA AlumaFin7™ Cased Coil incorporates the latest advances in aluminum fin technology and application engineering. This 1.5 ton coil is designed to efficiently remove thermal energy from air streams. The perforated fins easily remove stagnant air which causes laminar air flow creating a more efficient operation. The coil also features round shaped corrugated zinc coated aluminum fins with a high fin density for high performance, as well as stainless steel banding for corrosion resistance, 37 in wide sturdy aluminum spreader bars, and vapor-cooled coils.
The CAPFA AlumaFin7™ Series runs so quietly, you won't need to use a cover on it. The aluminum fins and coils act as a great heat conductor and dissipate heat quickly. The overspray guard surrounding the coil prevents the possibility of any oversprayed chemical from corroding it. It comes with an orifice expansion device that helps reduce compressor run time and electricity use.
This CAPFA AlumaFin7™is 1.5 ton 5.25 in. deep casetank with a smooth orifice installed on side and a 1 3/4in barbs on top. Comes with banded aluminum fins, 6in filter through the base (ball valves not shown), and an evaporator coil. This is upflow about 17
This Cased AlumaFin7™ coil is ideal for small commercial rooftop applications. The patented spiral fin design delivers quiet, efficient operation at low voltage. The built-in orifice expansion device minimizes pressure drop, which helps curb compressor cycling and promotes longer life. Its aluminum casing resists corrosion and the epoxy-coated steel legs prevent damage caused by vibration or rough handling.
Corporate proudly introduces the latest addition to its high performance line of products, our AlumaFin7™ aluminum coil. It is a 1.5 ton direct drive unit that comes enclosed in a simulated stainless steel cabinet with orifice expansion device. This product was created from an unmistakable commitment to quality, innovation and manufacturing excellence.
Take the chill off any room with this CAPFA 1-1/2 ton, cased aluminum evaporator coil. Because it's made of aluminum, this evaporator coil lasts longer than conventional coils and can be exposed to higher temperatures repeatedly. And unlike exposed coils, it won't rust or corrode, so you can use it in either an upflow or downflow configuration – whichever best fits your home's ductwork.
Our AlumaFin evaporator coils offer consistent performance, high durability and excellent energy efficiency. You can also order this unit in our new economy cabinet.
This high-performance aluminium coil is specifically engineered for ease of installation, reliability and efficiently. The coil boasts a durable, lightweight design and can be easily retrofitted into existing cooling systems for convenient replacement of existing plated fin coils.
