MPM's 2" CUSTOM MOLDED PRODUCTS 21063-250-000 Custom Molded 2" Mip x 2.5" S High Temp Self-Sealing Union is a self-sealing, butt type joint. It consists of a male mastic (tellurium copper) plug fitted into the end of the female mold for withdrawing plugs. The open and close mechanism of the male mold is screwed onto the plug and locked in place with a thumb screw.

These UNIONS have an O-ring seal, and are designed for use in static pressure situations. The other end has 2MIP threads-per-inch on a 3/4" pipe size.

The union adapts from 2" MIP male to 2 5/8" S LP. It is a factory-molded, high temperature, self-sealing model. The secondary locknut on the female part of the union has a notch.

Continuous wall non-insulated union joints for connecting two pipe systems, with a Union adaptor to connect to a pump. Available in MA, AP, and LR versions.

Our custom molded rubber unions offer 100% leak proof seals due to the use of genuine rubber compound in our custom process. These are made from NBR, FPM and natural rubber materials. These are available in sizes starting at 1/8" through 4" MIP. Custom sizes are also available. The case material is made from high gloss black ABS.
