The Custom Molded Water Leveler Float Valve 3/8" Brass 25504 is a liquid level indicator used on tanks that contain non-aggressive liquids. The valves can be installed in a variety of different materials, such as epoxy covered concrete, plastic or fiberglass and is available with all brass fittings or as an assembly to accommodate other materials. The float valve closes when the water level rises and opens when it falls. High quality, lightweight and corrosion resistant float valves are easy to install.

The Float Valve is custom molded to be the perfect size and shape for a standard wash tank. The Float Valve will fit inside the drain hole and stop-up any water from draining out of the tank when the water level gets down to an inch or two in depth. This float valve is made of a brass construction, allowing the float valve to be submerged in water. This float valve will last longer than plastic float valves since it does not have any give in it, thus making it safer for all components.

The 3/8" Brass float valve is designed to work with our Series II Water Leveler. The large white float ball features a brass stem and a polyurethane seat for durability, extended temperature range and corrosion resistance. This component must be installed in the water to control the filling functions of the SMC Series II Water Leveler.

Our Float Valves are designed to maintain a constant Water Level in Vessels ranging 1,000 to 2,000 gallons. Due to the constant change of water pressure with a household water supply, our Float Valves compensate for those changes and regulate the water flow to the pool or spa.

The Custom Molded Products float valve fits fuel tanks from 4 to 40 gallons and is designed for water level applications. This float valve is made with a brass construction for durability. This float valve is designed with a locking cam and brushed chrome lever and features a long skirt with a 1/4" NPT stud end.

When installing the float valve, a large reservoir, or a pump that draws water from under the floor of a boat, it is important that the valve be installed in exactly the right position. The level of water used in the drawing process must be at or near the level of water in the reservoir. Also, if there are any leaks in the system they will be at a minimum when the float valve is located correctly.

The float valve includes convenient mounting tabs on the base for easy installation. This valve can be used on above-ground pools, in-ground pools and spas. Proudly made in America by Custom Molded Products.
