They are HVY Duty, heavy duty, oversized bolts used primarily in furniture and on wooden structures. These surface bolts feature: a 1/4 inch diameter head, a shank length of 2-5/16", a square shoulder projection length of 13/16", rounded shoulder under the head and a washer diameter of 5/16"
