This small radius steel hinge does not require a flange when mounting on a flat, solid surface 1/4" thick or less. It is manufactured of steel and zinc plated to resist corrosion and rust. The hinge has a 3-1/2 in. by 3-1/2 in. rectangular frame, with an inside radius of 3/16 in., which will accommodate 5/8-in.-thick door material and leaves space for a 5/16-in. offset from the jamb on each side when used as a 90° stop hinge.
