E-P TRANSDUCER; 4-20MA; LO-VOL

Johnson Controls 7702 Low Volume (Non-Relay) Electro-Pneumatic Transducer with inlet port for pneumatic use, dc in 24 VDC in, 4 to 20 mA current loop with low volume Non-Relay output. Isolation voltage 480 Vac, Part of Johnson Controls line of E-P Transducers.

With the new E-P™ Series of low volume pneumatic transducers, Johnson Controls is redefining what electro-pneumatic transducers can do. For the first time, engineers and system designers who require compact low volume transducers will have a true choice of transducer styles, optimized for their specific application.

A Low Volume (Non-Relay) Electro-Pneumatic Transducer used to transduce the pressure signal from a movement system to a 4-20 mA control signal. This transducer has an electrically powered solenoid and a diaphragm design used to generate and receive the 4-20 mA signal. This transducer has a maximum pressure of: 450 PSI, Maximum temperature of: 176 °F, and is used for Low Volume applications.

The E-P is a low volume non-relay pressure transducer for pneumatic or vacuum pressure. It has differential reversing capabilities, making it ideal for applications with reversing flow, where positive and negative pressures occur reciprocally to one another. The E-P is also equipped with overload protection.

Experience a new level of control with Johnson Controls' 7702 low-volume, non-relay electro-pneumatic transducer. This innovative device allows for precise control of mechanical devices, along with valves and other components.

For designs seeking to eliminate pneumatics' problems of complexity, cost, and reliability. This disposable electro-pneumatic transducer is specifically designed for applications requiring very low flow rates of liquid.

The 7702 transducer has a built-in linear amplifier and controls the air volume through the valve to drive the plunger. It is designed for precise control of common pneumatic devices such as solenoid valves, flowswitches, vacuum pumps, and other electro-pneumatic devices.

This transducer is used to adjust or control proportional valves.

We have a transducer that can sense pressure changes anywhere in the world, up to 20 miles away. It's called the 7702, and by correctly installing it with our Fluid Measurement Power Unit Interface Board, you will be able to view fluctuations in your water pressure almost instantly. Its ability to do so is crucial for detecting leaks or clogs in your household plumbing systems before they become severe enough to cause major damage.

The 7702 is a low-volume cycle duty, internal signal relay designed for use with air-powered electro- mechanical pneumatic actuators. The 7702 has the same size housing as the 7523, but has an internal pre-charge feature to reduce the supply air requirements of the actuator. The internal pre-charge feature allows the 7523/7702 to be used on smaller actuating cylinders.

Since 3/29/94, Johnson Controls has led the industry in moving components into harsh environments for industrial applications.

Designed to detect position, the 7702-70 is ideal for linear and rotary applications requiring accurate position feedback. The Johnson Controls 70 Series offers tiny packages with wide electrical interfaces to meet many demanding requirements. It features complete electrical isolation, an external locating window to allow visual confirmation of the encoder location, and a metal cover that provides flammability ratings of under UL 94V-0.
