Electronic Single Stage
This line-voltage electronic single stage temperature control is available with a wide variety of optional features. Ambient temperature is monitored using up to three separate sensors that are located in the space being controlled. Automatic temperature hold and reset are provided as standard features. The control contains high and low limit protection, adjustable setpoint, proportional integral and derivative action closed loop control for best performance, and timer function, useable as an air vent damper or fan delay. The enclosure is made of UL Type 1 vandal resistant polycarbonate material.
The A421Series consists of a 1-stage zone valve module. The valve element on the module is constructed from stainless steel and is gasketed and liquid-tight sealed at the top and bottom. The valve has a common port design to make taping connections easier, with a rebounding thermostatic disc temperature control.
The A421 Line-Voltage Type 1 electronic temperature control, is a slotted-vent sealed motor, fan-forced, heater thermostat designed for baseboard convectors. The unit contains a built in ambient sensor for two wire operation. The type 1 features an integrally molded nylon mounting flange, ABS enclosure, copper bus wire to stud connecter and one 15 amp capacitor with 16" leads.
Single Function Line Voltage Thermostat Description: This space-saving line voltage thermostat is designed for use in HVAC applications, such as air conditioning and refrigeration. The unit controls temperature utilizing a bimetal-resistance element or a thermistor. The user can adjust the set point of the thermostat to the desired temperature. The control will automatically adjust its output power to maintain the preset temperature by sensing the actual room temperature via its attached temperature sensor.

The A421 Line-Voltage type 1 electrical temperature control is designed for commercial heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) products. The control utilizes setpoint temperature and point-of-load power to return data to the thermostat via 100 ft. wires. It automatically detects presence of points without interrupting the circuit. The unheated junction box does not require conduit entry and is designed for mounting in a flat surface.
