Schlage's F40 Georgian Privacy Lock is a single cylinder deadbolt with a 16080 Latch and 10027 Strike Satin Brass Finish.

The Schlage F40 Georgian deadbolt is a knob-mount privacy lock featuring a 16080 latch and a 10027 strike for doors that measure 2-3/8-Inch to 2-7/8-inch thick.

Schlage F40 Georgian Privacy Latch with 16080 Strike is designed to work with our F series residential deadbolts and the F series commercial deadbolts allowing you to keep your home or business protected. The latch on this privacy lock can be locked from the inside using a key. Locks from outside can only be unlocked by entering the correct passcode into the Schlage Sense Smart Deadbolt Model 7855, which is sold separately.

Schlage's F40 Georgian Privacy Lock is available in over 50 finishes to match any taste or decor. Its 6-1/8 inch backset allows for easy installation into both wood and metal doors, and it is available in both single- and double-cylinder models.

The Schlage F40 Georgian single cylinder privacy lock is designed for all styles of doors and windows where door knobs, latches, and deadbolts are rated for use on wood or metal doors. The F40 Georgian is ideal for cases where you need a new knob or hole cover plate outside the door to allow for the cylinder portion of this privacy latch to be installed.

Schlage's Georgian F40 Privacy Lock is for use on wood and hollow metal doors and requires 1-3/8" or 1-3/4" stiles. The GD05 deadbolt can be operated with either the thumb turn or the key. The integral latchbolt is reversible for right or left hand doors.
