SCHLAGE's F40 Jazz lockset features a stylish satin chrome finish and smooth lever operation. This is a lever lock with a privacy, restricted-entry function for the main entry side and includes the Schlage Latch 16080, a leaf-spring latch with a 1 3/8in keeper hole. It requires an existing driver or rocker handle drill pattern of 5-15/16in (148mm). This lock is keyed alike with F41 keyway.

The Schlage F40 Jazz Privacy Lock is designed for residential use. It features a satin chrome finish. The latch body measures approximately 2-1/4 inches (58 mm) wide by 1-1/8 inches (29 mm) deep by 4-1/4 inches (108 mm) high.
