This female disconnect is a replacement part for Frymaster's fryer model number 1713-16. This control valve assembly allows the fryer to turn on and off, and adjusts the oil medium heat for frying operations. Part 8102762 is a replacement part for fryers that have a 2- groove female disconnect (see picture below) - ordering another part If you have a different part number is incorrect!

Part# 8102762 - Female disconnects for master valve (to attach hoses to pump bases). For use with gas and electric fryers. It is recommended to replace all three male-female connectors on the high pressure line every 5-7 years.

This Female Disconnect for Frymaster® is used in the Quick Heat Nozzle Assembly.
