The 22-1000 Series electrodes are used for a variety of metal processing operations. These electrodes are designed to shear material cleanly as well as reduce oxide build up on the working and spare electrode surfaces; thereby extending electrode life. They can be run under either air or methane. This unique design will allow an operator to change the tungsten from their fingertips without getting hands in a potentially dangerous area. The brush holder contains a nylon brush that is easily replaceable when worn out.
