The SWG-8 Power Venter Kicks off the New Green Line from Field Controls. This Vip Series Controller is made for 16, 20 or 24 VAC Control Applications and does not include a display.

Field Controls 8"" POWER VENTER is an ungrounded device for controlling air flow into a combustion gas, venting or flue system. POWER VENTER combines several key venting features in one unit. It has thermostatically controlled motorized control with an adjustable limit switch to shut off the fan while latches engage to seal the opening. The venter also has removable heat shields and mounting ears which are easily removed with the removal of 4 screws to facilitate easy access for cleaning. A weather cap seals the venter when not in use, preventing dust and debris from entering the unit.."

The Power Venter is self-parking, requires no chains, and can be installed in a matter of hours. Its small size leaves more room for windows, or roof panels that open for ventilation. The 8"" ducted fan can be used to exhaust hot or smoky air from a kitchen, basement, garage, or attic.

Power Venter allows for air drainage and pressure equalization from inside your crawl space or basement. The Power Venter is the perfect venting solution to all of your air and moisture problems. The unit is designed to be mounted in a 2"" x 4"" wall, in a sloped fashion to prevent water from accumulating on top of the unit.

Delivers soffit generated heat to a standard electric baseboard, or other outlet ( not included), without the cost of an expensive wall furnace. Use this fan to supplement existing convectors. Model SWG8 features a prewired power cord, and a C-13 receptacle inlet.
