The 35743 General Purpose Flow Switch with BSPT threads has been designed for continuous operation in a wide range of liquids and gases. The unique construction and materials provide excellent resistance to corrosion, leakage, and pressure buildup. This device has been designed specifically to meet the requirements of the most demanding applications.

The 35743 is a buzzer alarm-type flow switch. It has a black stainless steel (BSPT) threaded body, and wires with 1/4" female flare tubing couplings at both ends. The 114610 is the threaded accessory package. It consists of 1/2" female flare tubing coupling, 1/4" male flare tubing coupling, two clamps and two plugs.

The 35743 is a BSPT thread secured (5/8"-18 NPS LH) flow switch that incorporates stainless steel disc sensing elements with a bi-metal (Copper & Nickel alloy) thermal bimetal. The switch has medium range through 0.05 mm2 and short range from 0.95 mm2 to 2.7 mm2 flows with a maximum operating pressure of 6.0 bar and minimum operating pressure of 0.1 bar.

Control water, gas, or oil flow with a General Purpose Flow Switch. Featuring multiple lead wires, the flow switch is designed to last and ensure consistent performance for years to come. It also comes with a 1/2 in NPT threaded outlet and is easily adjustable. This switch can only be used as shown in wiring schematic of figure 2.

The 5007 Series Ball Activated Flow Sensors allow for constant monitoring of liquids, gases and steam. This corrosion resistant sensor is rated at 60 PSIG with a maximum working temperature of 250°F. The 5007 Series features a BSPT threading connection and comes packaged with an installation cup to prevent backflow. It is UL/CUL Listed and CSA certified to the standards of ANSI/ASHRAE/NFPA 54 for gas and smoke detection.

Allows the use of BSPT threaded fittings without having to turn the top of the switch against a flat surface.
