The FUSE HOLDER for Alto-Shaam is designed to keep the heating element fuse properly secured. It's also easy to replace, and eliminates the need to use insulating tape or other temporary solutions.

This fuse holder has a 5/8" point and will handle 10 amps. This fuse holder has a red stripe on the top cap

The fuse holder must be used when the temperature control unit is operated without a thermostat, in order to protect the electronic system from short-circuiting or overheating. The fuse holder is made of phosphor bronze wire and its end has a golden plated brass terminal.

Replace your fuse holder, you can remove the old unit from the wire then wire this into place. These are standard in most commercial kitchens and hold up well to the abuse.

This fuse holder can be used in your ovens as a part of the foot guard assembly and provides protection to the wire harness from damage caused by accidental impact or mechanical stresses during operation. This product was added to replace parts 610940 and 610953, whose product code is now discontinued.

The Fuse Holder with Non-Insertable Contacts features a molded plastic fuse holder with non-insertable contacts, and a 4 amp 125v fuse. The fuse may be removed from the fuse holder for replacement or inspection of the contacts without having to replace the entire fuse.

Its color coded body design aids in proper fuse replacement.
