The 14320 Z8D-000 PULLEY CAMSHAFT is designed for use with lawnmower models that use Briggs & Stratton motor models. The z-type pulley part of the camshaft assembly attaches to the wheels and is secured by a belt sprocket.

Garden Way offers four models, ranging from 4 to 7 horsepower (HP). Choose the model that best suits your operation.

The product consists of a pulley, including an attached camshaft, and a gooseneck. The product is made in China, with an unknown country of origin for the pulley. The pulley-camshaft has intermeshing teeth that create a mechanical advantage system that will provide 1.15 times power.

The Camshaft Pulley from Garden Way has an extended, slotted shaft to allow the timing belt to properly locate against the V-Belt teeth without interference from hard-surfaced timing covers. Replacement of the camshaft pulley on a belt driven vertical shaft engine is recommended if more than 30% of the chamfering on the pulley keyway face has been removed. Excessive chamfer wear can cause improper timing belt wear and possible failure of the camshaft or crankshaft.
