The new AquaFlo wet end from GECKO, the leader in pumps for commercial and residential fountains. Our new wet end is a complete pump that comes with the motor, impeller, intake strainer, and two-year warranty. We went with 48 frames per revolution pump that delivers a powerful stream of water. It is also well balanced for low water noise and vibrations.

The AQUA-FLO 91040820-000 Wet End is a direct drive wet end which includes a basin, diffuser, manifold, motorised piston pump and pipework. The wet end has a minimum head height of 0.55m when installed as standard. This wet end will fit the GECKO Alliance machines and is ready for integration into the machine's control panel.

The GECKO ALLIANCE_Aqua-Flo wet end features a 1.5 HP, NEMA design B, 1725 RPM, 180 W motor that provides the Aqua-Flo with outstanding pumping performance in both high and low flows and pressures. The advanced design of the pump provides exceptional pumping efficiency with low noise and vibration levels.

A complete wet end for use in standard pressure applications. Wet ends are comprised of a top-hat section, diffuser rib/diffuser plate, and a support bushing. The diffuser rib is located on the bottom of the tank and aids in the removal of solids while allowing flow of fluid through the tanks wet end. The material used in this top-hat section is proprietary and results in minimal drag loss compared to standard 316 SS, 1/8'' thick data sheet links below provide more details.

Achieving high duty-cycle and true inlet/outlet balance are the main factors that distinguish the Aqua-Flo™ Wet End over other wet ends within comparable flow. The Aqua-Flo™ Wet end offers design flexibility due to its high duty cycle, and can be used with or without an ultrasonic device.

The GECKO ALLIANCE/AQUA-FLO 91040820-000 Wet End is a wet end for a concrete pumping system. It is modular and can be operated in any vertical, horizontal, slant or submersible position. The wet end includes the motor shaft protection cap, motor air shutter, the suction air shutter, suction air connection elbow with check valve, suction lines for connection to pump, and foundation bolts for mounting to skid.
