The 3/8 X 1-5/16 inch red/amber ceramic fuse is a direct replacement for older 381000 ceramic fuse models.

Electrical: Ceramic Fuse; Red/Am. This is a 3/8 in. x 1-5/16 in. ceramic fuse, Used in many General Electric Appliances models such as Microwave Ovens and Ranges.

This GE fuse has a ceramic body to help prevent ignition when there are high-current applications. It is for use with your 3/8 in. diameter instrument light applications. Featuring a red/amber color, it has 6 amps at 32 volts rated current and 1/4 x 1/2 inch mounting dimensions.

GE's ceramic fuses combine the rugged durability of silicone rubber with the electrical performance of a fuse, all in a smaller package than standard fuses. Ceramic fuses should be used in applications such as electric blankets, interior lighting and D.C. lighting control circuits. This ceramic fuse is rated 450 volts and 1 amp and features a red/amber fuse indicator that is visible when the fuse functions and has eliminated the nuisance-trip feature (visual and audible indicators).
