The GMT1917 Battle Line Medieval Edition is a unique, 1-2 player game which challenges its players to build medieval European kingdoms. The game begins when the first card is played and ends with the last card. Each card alternates between a feudal lord and a burgeoning city, and each domain controls one or more contiguous regions or provinces containing castles, peasants, merchants, priests and/or knights.
