This 24" THERMOCOUPLE-30MV is a thermocouple designed to meet the demanding needs of HVAC technicians. This heavy-duty device can withstand commercial and residential use, and features an impact-resistant boot that protects it from rough handling. It has a three foot probe length and is extremely durable, with a temperature range between -40 degrees to 1200 degrees Fahrenheit. This 24" THERMOCOUPLE-30MV is easy to install as it connects easily to your brand name chart recorder (sold separately).

The Thermocouple (30MV) has a Low Voltage terminal and a High Voltage terminal. This Thermocouple is used as an individual sensor in many applications, including Controllers. Each WHITE-RODGERS thermocouple sensor consists of a small, extremely accurate chromel-alumel (formerly Resistance Temperature Detector) wire-wound resistor which is enclosed in cement to reduce its thermal conductivity, then precision thermocouple wire is wound around it and coated with ceramic for additional insulation. Multiple sensors are joined and shielded by a common braid.

White-Rodgers 5198 is based on the accuracy and reliability that have made White-Rodgers one of the world's leading manufacturers of HVAC products. This 24" long thermocouple with 30' wire and 3-lead tubing has reliable, continuous readings for accurate diagnosis and service. Gas valve type 24 x UNL include W/R Micro-Maxx IIIII package and are compatible with Micro-MaxtrolTM MV terminal board. Works with Micro Maxx digital controller.
