This is a replacement AP-CBL-SERU CONSOLE ADAPTER Cable. If you have a working cable it is usually best to keep it in a safe place for backup purposes or you can replace it with this part. AP-CBL-SERU Console Adapter Cable, 1.8 m (6 ft), DB25/RJ45 to RJ45. Use to connect to AP-SNT-622 cable assembly (sold separately) to the console serial port on an HP XL768 Wireless LAN Daughter Card (available separately) or other console serial ports.

The HPE JY728A AP-CBL-SERU Console Cable is an optional accessory for MSA S2500 chassis that are equipped with an external management controller.

This AP-CBL-SERU connector cable is specifically designed for the HPE ProLiant Servers. Its installation requires no additional hardware or systems, and it provides external service access to the Server Information Advanced software (SIAS) console port on external service processors (ESPs).

Adapt a console port on a computer or IP phone to RJ-11 using this HP-branded console adapter cable. The RJ-11 end connects to a telephone handset for use with IP phones. The adapter is compatible with the AP Console Server Separately, the AP Console Server provides most of the advanced settings available from a system console port.
