The Hi-Limit Thermostat Kit (with manual reset) for the Frymaster fryer is a replacement kit for original RK2001 and RK2004 thermostat kits on Frymaster fryers. It comes with every part needed to replace your old thermostat. The diaphragm is made of stainless steel and won't rust or corrode unlike the thermostats found in competitive brands. This high limit 450 degree Fahrenheit thermostat features manual reset and a safety shield to help protect against burns.

Our hi-limit thermostat kit lets you fry foods fast and hot. The hi-limit thermostat automatically shuts off the oil at a preset temperature, preventing the oil from over-heating. Included is an easy to mount control box that has a ''manual reset'' feature that allows you to easily reset your thermostat after opening the door to the fryer.

The hi-limit thermostat kit is designed to control a fryer oil temperature to 450°. The kit automatically resets after power outages and the illuminated buttons are easy to read with quick cut-off time settings. This kit has a feature added which allows for manual reset or self-reset after power outages.

This kit is used to replace most high limit thermostats on fryers. It has a 450-degrees F high limit and will close down the heating element at this temperature. The high limit thermostat should be spring loaded and should stay open until the frying oil or fat reaches the high limit temperature, then snap closed and shut off the heating element. The manual reset feature allows that when the frying temperature drops below 350-degrees F, the heating element will work again without having to wait for the high limit to cool. Heat will not exceed 450 degrees Fahrenheit and will automatically reset to the normal operating temperature once it has been tripped.

The Frymater thermostat kit is designed for fryer equipment without a thermostat. It contains a manual reset hi-limit thermostat that prevents the fryer from overheating to unsafe levels, and an automatic shut off safety probe to prevent the fryer from starting without oil or water. The kit also includes a food grade grease filter.
