This Hi-limit Thermostat is vital to the safety of your outdoor cooking. It features an auto reset and is designed for gas grille fryers.

Hi-Limit Thermostat used on Frymaster fryers. Constructed of a black plastic housing with clear plastic window, temperature setting switch, and reset knob. May be installed on the Frymaster tank or any spot above the tank. Used in conjunction with Hi-Limit Tube with cap (Part #).

Hi-Limit thermocouples allow you to control the temperature at which the element will turn on and off. This is especially helpful when cooking items that are easily over cooked or frozen solid. The Hi-Limit cycles in about 3 degrees above the set temperature and the hi-limit auto restarts once the Hi-Limit cycle is complete. The Hi-Limit requires an A3007 Lead Wire for proper installation.
