The Hoffman Controls 706-123SC 120v-277v 15amp FanSpeed Cntrl is for use with HVAC fans, air terminal dampers and louvers.

The Hoffman 706-123SC FanSpeed Control is a 120v/277v, 30w/30w, 15 amp speed control designed for use with miniature blower motors. Ideal for cyclones, gas engine driven blowers, dust collectors, trommel screens and similar blower applications where a variable speed control is needed. This unit has a maximum inrush current of 600 amps with no phase lag. The 706-123SC has been approved by Underwriters Laboratories and meets the requirements of CSA Standard UL287 as a low voltage motor controller. Power cord not included.

The Hoffman 706-123SC FanSpeed control is a 120v to 277v fan speed adjustable damper. It has an adjustable speed selection with 15 amp power input, 12/3 AWG copper leads, and 600 watt capacity. This 15Amp fan speed control is designed for use with residential forced air distribution systems. Rated 120- 277VAC, 50/60Hz, 2"F x 2-1/2"H. It also has a built in differential pressure switch for constant full power operation. Note: Fan speed controller model #706 is used to control a direct drive single phase motor only. Fan speed controller model #706-123SC (square) is used to control a split capacitor type motor only. Capacitor motors are unable to maintain rated load on low speeds and have difficulty starting when controlled at lower speeds.
