Danze Parma Bath Faucet

Posted by Amos on Feb 8th 2022

Danze Parma Bath Faucet

Danze manufactures a variety of faucets that have been designed for use in the bathrooms and kitchens. The hardware on the faucets secures it in place when the locking bolt is fastened. The faucet hardware set’s bolt pulls the faucet’s body down until it is resting on the countertop’s surface. A good example is the Danze Parma lavatory faucets.

General Features of the Danze Parma Faucets:

All-brass material for the faucet body and handles.

The faucets are fully covered by a limited lifetime warranty.

High-quality finishes are covered by the lifetime warranty.

Double-handle operation with handles that rest on about ¼ turn valve seats.

Touch-down drain assembly that matches is included.

A handle that is ADA compliant.

The low lead quantity is by the federal and state guidelines for lead content.

Certified by WaterSense.

Included in the package is all the hardware needed to install the faucet.

Danze Parma Faucet Technologies and Advantages:

Water-saving capabilities

Danze is invested in protecting and saving the most precious resource, which is water. Compared to the 2.2 gallon-per-minute models, Danze Parma lavatory faucets have a low-flow aerator that conserves about 30% of the water per flush.

Touch-Down Drain

This technology from the Danze Parma bathroom faucets is easy to install and use. The touch-down drains are set easily with as minimum tools and putties as possible, eliminating the difficulty of assembling and adjusting the drain which can be quite difficult. Once the drains are set, the functioning of the bathroom’s faucet becomes easier.

Drip-Free Ceramic Disc Valves

Danze faucets are made with drip-free ceramic disc valves that prevent the faucets from leaking and operating roughly.

The valves do not allow a single drop of water from dripping out of place, since they provide a lifetime of smooth control of the handle. The handles do not require maintenance as they are sturdy.

Danze Parma Single Handle 3 Function Diverter Valve Trim

The three-valve shower has three different handles that are used to open or close the valves. One of the handles opens the cold water valve while the other opens the hot water valve. The third valve, on the other hand, channels the water to the spigot or the showerhead when needed.

To divert the water to the showerhead from the tub, you need to twist the diverter valve up to 180 degrees. For the control of temperature from hot to cold, turn the valves by increasing or decreasing the opening of each of the valves. Keep the water running once you get the required temperature.

You know the valve is open if the water continuously pours into the tub through the spigot. A rubber washer usually plugs the spigot of the bathtub when the valve moves forward by turning the handle about 180 degrees and this prevents water from getting through.

When the water does not go through, the alternative would be for the water to go through a small number of holes that are found in the valve. Since the holes on the valves are quite small, the water will have pressure, and send the water to the shower pipe and out through the showerheads in the form of jets.
