The tube breather connects to the breather tube at the rear axle to regulate air pressure in the transmission oil and differential oil for vehicles equipped with a rear differential.

These breather tubes are designed to service all models of Honda outboard engines from 2.7-150 HP with a maximum engine speed of 5500 RPM. Replacing these OEM parts with their more robustly constructed counterparts can virtually eliminate tube leakage. The tough, reinforced polyphenylene Sulfide material resists leakage from corrosion and strong automotive fluids, as well as salt water environments and other contaminants that corrode rubber tubing.
