The LHL-LF and LHF Proven Purge for MUA programmer control panels provide a means of monitoring and controlling the atmospheric test pressure of MUA purge systems. The panels have been designed to control the atmospheric test pressure used by NASA to verify the integrity of propulsion seals before flight.

The LHL Series Proven Purge is used with the Honeywell Mark V, Mark VI and the Intelliflo Purge System for MUA applications with remote purge monitoring. The programmer control allows for single point interface for purging multiple tanks in a facility.

Honeywell's newest programmer control, the LHL-LF and HF, incorporates proven purging logic into a compact programmer that is available at a lower cost.

The Honeywell 235524 Programmer Control LHL-LF&HF is used to start, stop or reverse the medium and high frequency motors which are used for mixing and agitating. The pulse code modulation (PCM) allows for many programming options through its many features which includes: Start-stop control, speed control, voltage adjustment, pulse length adjustment, forward/reverse operation selection, motor diagnostics, phase diagnostics and motor performance monitoring. The external reset button resets all the programmed settings for easy to use. This Programmer's system performance boost reliability allowing it to operate as long as 30 years on

The LHL-LF/HF (Proven Purge) is a complete packaged unit that has all the necessary components to purge and test the makeup air units. The one-button operation tests and purges the system of smoke after installation for makeup air. Although not required by code, it is recommended to clear your system before using makeup in any situation. This normally takes 15 minutes but could take 45 minutes depending on conditions and equipment used.

With the Honeywell Proven Purge Control, you can retrofit your existing pump and duct system to add to or replace a failed MUA control. The Proven Purge Control offers three purge modes that will meet application requirements while providing proven reliability. The -1 mode simulates the operation of a single-channel control with a manually operated CUTOUT switch. In the -2 mode, an automatic valve is used to initiate each purge cycle. In the -3 mode, two automatic valves are used to alternate between low flow and full stroke purge cycles. With the Honeywell Proven Purge Control, you can
