This is a 2-way Actuator valve, where the handle can be manipulated to open and close either half of the flow path, unlike 3-way actuators which only manipulate one side of the flow path. The handle on this valve does not move up or down but instead it moves vertical from its center position which allows for more precise flow control. The actuator handle features locking positions at both top and bottom.
