The Honeywell 582-24-0513W/11XXL Coresheild Glove (13G) is designed for high risk environments. The glove is made from nitrile rubber coated polyurethane foam which provides great resistance to slash and puncture. With a fibre glass reinforced nylon back it provides high tensile strength and outstanding impact resistance, while the neoprene front lining helps maintain a comfortable grip. The glove has been heat tested to 245°C making them ideal for welding applications.

The process of loading the Coreshield Glove 13g is simple because you do not have to lay down a vapor barrier. The glove provides protection against splashes of molten metal and contact with hot surfaces, it also offers excellent protection against radiant heat up to 500C. The Coreshield Glove 13g includes a thermal liner for additional protection against radiant heat. This glove should be used in combination with HEPM gloves (1G, 2G, or 3G) when working with molten metal.
