STRAP-ON WATER PIPE SENS

A strap-on water pipe sensor is the most reliable, durable and easy to install limit switch for all types of heating and cooling systems. The cable lengths are adjustable which allows for installation into virtually any type of safety device or piping configuration. This unit can be used to monitor for water line freeze ups in a variety of commercial applications.

The Honeywell WT3000 strap-on water pipe sensor (formerly the SmartStrap) monitors and measures temperatures from -4°F to 140°F (-20°C to 60°C), measure diameter from 3/8" to 2-1/4" (10mm to 57mm) and fits pipe sizes 1/2" thru 2". Rugged design is resistant to electrochemical influences from corrosive liquids.

NSE Series water pipe sensors are designed with a single, 20" conduit loop to meet the needs of a variety of water, steam, and gas applications where direct mounting of stainless steel sensor body to pipe is desired. Each sensor contains a permanently attached (i.e. strap-on) NTC thermistor sensing element of nominal 10k ohm resistance and rated 110°C. Sensors are available in materials of 316 and 304L stainless steel. All models are rated NEMA 4X with IP65 protection against damaging water spray.

Features include a hermetically sealed pressure sensor designed for high temperature applications, a 6 ft. cable, and an industry standard 1/2 in. NPT stainless steel pipe thread connector.

The WX80 Water Pipe Sensor is the ideal moisture and temperature sensor for pipes, tanks, irrigation lines or anywhere a remote sensor is required. The sensor taps into the pipe at a convenient point and then transmits readings by radio signal to up to three remote displays up to 1,200 feet away.

The Water Pipe Sensor (Type III) is a universal temperature sensing device for use on water-heating pipes and tubing to provide an output signal based upon changes in temperature relative to the nominal set point.
