The V5055B1069 NPT Industrial Gas Valve Body 2" GAS VALVE BODY for V4055, V4062, V9055 ACTUATOR is a replacement gas valve body.

Our V5055B1069 high-pressure gas valve body can be installed on any V4055, V4062 and V9055 actuator. This valve body can be setup for either a low-high or modulating application. The actuator can be mounted to either the inlet or outlet side of the valve. A low-high actuator can actuate the valve from zero percent to 100 percent open, while a modulating application is designed to actuate between two preset percent open points, regardless of the On-Off position of the actuator.

The Industrial Gas Valve (IGV) is a dual-seat, 2" NPT pneumatic-diaphragm gas valve for use with V4055, V4062 and V9055 actuators. Its ganged actuator ports provide two-stage control of natural gas or propane gas on fan coil and air conditioning/heat pump applications. With IGV feature, you can utilize either LoHi or Modulating mode to meet your control requirements. It is offered in WOGW (Water Oil Gas Wet) or WOGG (Water Oil Gas Grease) models.

This 180-Degree, two-position, two-point gas valve is available in up / down, jet modulating or pressure compensated (fixed position) configurations. The high performance sanitary design of the valve body assures reliable and accurate actuation of the actuator. This valve body is compatible with Honeywell V4055, V4062, and V9055 actuators.

The Honeywell V5055B1069 gas valve body features a 2 inch NPT port size. This industrial gas valve itself measures 2" in overall length and 1" in height. The gas flow for this gas valve is 0.00 to 5.9 GPM at 0 psig to 100 psig pressure range, with 0 to 90% shutoff angle. The body material of this gas valve is made of heavy duty carbon steel, and it can be combined with the following actuators if desired: Honeywell V4055, Honeywell V4062, Honeywell V9055
