The Limit Controller W/Man. Reset 200F Ran is a part of Honeywell Limit Control Family, in which each controller corresponds to a specific limit type and temperature range. Its LIMIT control with MAN. RESET can be mounted in the front or rear to provide accurate and reliable limit control of heating and cooling systems, allowing for greater energy savings. The Open/RISE/Close Loop analog output is ideal for pump level control, tank flush, etc.

Full Description Available in US only. The L4029 is a Limit Control with Manual Reset for use with electric water heaters (except tank-type heaters). The control serves as a temperature limiting device which is designed to protect the water heater against overheating and possible damage to the tank and heating elements if the appliance is operated beyond the manufacturer's recommended temperatures or time limits.

Honeywell LIMIT TEMPERATURE controls help you maintain ideal temperature settings for the water in your hydronic system. The Limit Control includes both a manual reset button for use in emergency situations or on systems where automatic reset is not desired, and a manual override to allow manual reset via a hand wheel. A built in on/off/reset safety switch helps prevent accidental reset while the system is operating.

The Limit Control Man/Reset comes in three sizes. It is a bistable switch that allows the operator to set and monitor high and low temperature limits. It features manual override, manual reset and adjustable setpoints to provide positive limit control for heat generating devices.

The Limit Control uses a new microprocessor technology for superior ease of use and reliability. There are two modes of operation, MANUAL or AUTO. The analog input is used to set the limit using resistor inserts. The device can be reset manually at any time by using the RESET button. The RESET function is also used to change the SET point in AUTO mode.

The Limit control combines manual reset and separate automatic reset functions into a single sensor. The manual reset feature enables the operator to manually override autoreset after the finish temperature is achieved until the boiler water level is low enough to trip the auto reset. The main application for this sensor is in top-off and top-off cold water systems where headers are below cooling coils or cooling jackets.
