The ML6984A4000 DCA operates in a 24VAC two wire 24VDC environment. Operation can be configured for 3 or 5 terminal operation by changing the control lead configuration.

The 24VAC single phase AC supply voltage is applied to one winding of the motor, while the output circuit includes two terminal loop switches which are controlled by a center off, SPDT switch. Ideal for applications operating between a 32° F and 130° F temperature range, the ML6984 operates with an external 24 VDC power supply with either 3 or 5 wires.

This direct coupled 24vac DC valve actuator includes a non-spring return and contains two inlet ports, one inlet port is normally closed (NC) and the other is normally open (NO). With both ports available on the device, the device can be wired as an NC/NO or NO/NC valve.
