Gas Pilot Burner Assembly, Used on a Honeywell I-PortPilot Brnwr. Includes Ignitor and gas valve

The I-PortPilot brne burner assembly is used in the following gas water heater models: QT40/40LP, QT50/50LP, and the QT40/40E.

The I-PORT® PILOT BURNER™ is perfect for heat sources up to 10,000 BTU per hour. Compatible with natural or propane gas. Minimal orifice height of 49mm (1-3/16in.) decreases the potential for carbon monoxide emissions and reduces the likelihood of clogged nozzles. Features a pilot lite indicator light with all-electronic ignition. This pilot burner comes with a limited lifetime warranty on both the main body and ceramic pilot assembly.

The I-Port Pilot Assembly comes in a variety of styles to fit your needs. This can be used with the I-Port Q172/Q179 Burner Assembly or on its own for boilers with a sch. 40 flue pipe. With its electronic ignition, it ignites more easily and efficiently than matches and oil lamps previously used. This allows pilots to be turned off with the flick of a switch during service activity.

The Honeywell I-Port PLE Gas Pilot Burner Assembly is a replacement gas pilot burner assembly designed for use with the products featured in the Details section. It comes with an electronic ignition system. The gas pilot burner assembly can be used year round and is maintenance free.

The foundation of the Honeywell Q179A 1183 gas pilot burner assembly consists of the I-PortPilot™, which includes the thermocouple and automatic piezo ignitor. The entire assembly is housed in an easy-to-install metal mounting ring for a snug fit into the housing bracket.
