The Q5024B2240 Vlv Linkage 40mm stroke Tandem Gas Valve is a horizontal tandem gas valve designed for use in domestic applications. This product is ideal for varying temperature ranges, venting medium and low-pressure appliances for normal or interrupted service. The product features include a 0 to 15 psig/minu bar range / 0 to 50 psig/minu bar maximum inlet pressure with an appropriate diaphragm spring, pneumatic pilot signal, and a modified poppet on the upstream side. The VLV Cable linkage stroke is comparable to the most commonly used device, the Endevco VS26C2. Each stroke has an internal 24Vdc linear actuator with a 1/4" open (close) travel switch. The linkage accommodates travel distances from 1/8" to 2 3/8" (3mm to 60mm). The tandem design includes an additional external cable and hand wheel that allows for dual axis movement with a single actuator. The stroke is hollow, helping conserve critical space in applications that require Vlv Linkages on limited mounting space.

This is a 40mm stroke Vertical Linkage Dual Firing system purger. This purger works with many of the Honeywell Mounted VLV actuators to make a dual firing system for more fuel savings.
