Honeywell THP2400A1068 Large Decor Cover Plate comes complete with a wall plate and screws for easy installation

The Decor Cover Plate is designed for use with Honeywell L7000 (L7400) and LS6400 Series Room Thermostats. The decorative plate fits standard single wall or 2-gang electrical boxes and contains the needed components for a complete installation. It includes a combination pack containing 1/2" round and 1/2" octagonal face plates, one #10 round-head screw, one #4 round-head screw, two lock washers and three nylon wire nuts.
