TIMER BOARD;
The Hoshizaki 8016021 TIMER BOARD is used in the following products: AIT-811ABB, AIT-811ACBN, AIT-811ABCN, AIT1010AGS-83, AIT1003AGS-70.
The Timer Board for the Hoshizaki KM610, KM650, and KM752 models mounts inside the unit just above the Drive Module.
The HB2 timer board assembly is responsible for setting and maintaining the current time, total ice time, and auto/manual mode.
The timer board circuit board is located in the timer motor (9016071) on models 701, 707, 709 (sold prior to June 2004). This timer board has a operational life expectancy of 10 years. However, the components on these boards / timer circuits can fail prematurely due to power surges / spikes, or the drop in line voltage during a power outage.
The timer is the brain behind the operation of your icemaker. As such, it's very important that you change this component if you've installed a new water supply line or filter, or made other substantial changes to your refrigerator's water system. You should also replace this if the unit doesn't cycle on at all, even though other electronic components are functioning normally. The 8022021 timer is designed for use with Hoshizaki ice makers with built-in controls.
The Hoshizaki TS Series of ice makers features the Clearwater design, including a better-than-ever ice scoop and water fill tube, to make your daily workload easier. Just turn the knob to dispense the right amount of ice you need – no guesswork involved. The intelligent control panel reduces service calls by providing status on the exact location of any malfunctions, while an added alarm notifies you with lights and sounds if the power goes out.
