This "GUIDE, CUBE" fits various models of Hoshizaki brand ice machines. This part is the CUBE for this particular ice machine model. The model number can be found on the first sticker of your ice machine.

The GUIDE CUBE is a specially designed guide for use with Hoshizaki undercounter freezer models FP122, FP144 and FP171 and builds upon the popular multi-functional GUIDE series of accessories for this product. The versatile GUIDE CUBE not only acts as a storage solution but also features an adjustable insert which allows it to perfectly align with the cabinet door opening, front panel and interior dimensions of all Hoshizaki products.

This guide fits on the bottom of Hoshizaki CUBE (and equivalent competitor models). The guide is used to position the CUBE so it is level with the top of the compressor cabinet, which makes leveling easier.

The Guide Cube automatically dispenses ice when you need it. Its unique shape allows the cube to fall into your glass, even if it is tilted. The Guide Cube meets all Hoshizaki quality standards for consistent quality and dispenses cubes with large square corners, resulting in less breakage.

The Guide Cube is a reproduction of the original design that utilizes Hoshizaki exclusive "shark tooth" knives to break down ice into small, uniform cubes. To ensure exceptional ice production, cubes are cut twice as fast as conventional slurry valves and produce an average of 2 cubic centimeters of ice per minute.
