This F10045 interface board and harness kit is for fryers that have a white membrane keypad without a light. The F10045 comes with a two inch harness that plugs into the fryer harness in place of the original interface board that came with the unit. It has 826-2256 printed on it.

The Frymaster Interface Board and harness kit provides a large +12" display, four pushbutton switches, and two LED indicator lights. Each of the LED's may be programmed for "ON", "TEST", VAR-1", or "VAR-2." You can also order the interface board with built in varistors so it will work with all fryers. The interface board is the heart of the Pocket Frymaster Master Controller system.

A harness allows the operation of this system by a controller. The System will operate normally if the harness is not used. To operate with the harness, connect it from the interface board to a logic power (5 vdc min.) and ground (0 vdc). A 24-pin connector which mates to a standard DB-25 male connector is used.

The purpose of the interface board is to 'translate' the voltage from the controller board and convert it to a lower voltage that can be used for powering temperature controls, heat elements, solenoids, and other devices. Many Frymaster flavor systems built over the last decades will require this part in order to allow your fan, burner assembly, probe and display to operate.

The F10045 interface board is designed to work in conjunction with the F10044 control board and F12083 thermostat. The harness assembly, F14121, connects the interface board to the control board and thermostat.

The Frymaster Interface Board and Harness Kit allow you to wirelessly communicate with the 826, 827, 836, 845 and 846 fryers. The interface board allows you to program, monitor, and control the temperature of the Frymaster meat baskets remotely. This kit includes everything necessary for a simple plug-and-play installation.
