The GCS1808 is a 8-Port combo PS/2 and USB KVM switching device. It provides KVM (keyboard, video, mouse) switching for one local computer (the host system) to eight different computers. It includes eight 8-bit programmable switches that allow the user to access up to 256 computers through any of the eight ports on the device. It is also equipped with a dedicated port on each KVM switch to allow access to the host computer for administrative purposes and troubleshooting. The GCS1808 is powered by an external power adapter.
