The wide angle lens allows for a 180 degree horizontal view, and when installed correctly, a 190 degree vertical view. The satin chrome finish will match other Schlage products and provides superior corrosion resistance. The clearance to the base of the viewer is 2 3/8" for doors constructed from 1 3/4" (44mm) thick material (example: common wood doors).
