Our 6-Inch Bench Grinder can grind, sand, or polish and features a powerful 1/2 hp. universal motor that runs the wheels up to 3500 rpm. Additional features include a dust collecting port, an adjustable tool rest with a built-in work light and an easy access wheel guard adjustment lever.

The convenient dust port allows you to connect a vacuum or dust collection system for easy cleanup, while the rubber feet and steel stand provide additional stability.

The JET JET577101 6-Inch Industrial Bench Grinder has 21000 rpm no load speed for maximum power with carbide grinding wheel, Quick-change guard assembly for wheel changes in seconds, Tool-free adjustable wheel guard positions for work angles of 90°; Left or right hand operation.

The JET 6-Inch Bench Grinder, models JBG1002V and JBG1003V, has a grinding wheel that is lubricated for maximum life, a double pulley system for easy belt tensioning and a dust port to protect the work surface. The grinder has a high/low wheel speed switch to choose the appropriate speed for the material being ground.

This Pro model is designed for heavy duty shop use. The overall dimensions are the same as the standard Jet bench grinders with a narrow 6 inch bed size, and it features an exclusive top guard designed for using taller wheels. It offers a powerful motor and larger tool rests made of cast iron.
