DUCT TEMP TRANSMITTER-0-100F
The Johnson Controls T-5210 series, 0.0 to 100.0F temperature transmitter with 5 1/2 inch capillary is designed exclusively for air duct installations with ambient air at the same temperature as the air stream inside of the duct. This suitable application is identified by a dash (--) on the unit model number label.
This JCI digital duct temperature transmitter is for use in Return Air applications. This unit features a mechnical 0-100 dial and is compatible with 5 1/2" lengths of capillary tube.
This 0-100F thermocouple transmitter has an internal STO that must be factory calibrated to an accuracy of +/- 1 degree F. STO outputs signal ranging from 0 to 100F. With 1/2 in capillary, it can be used in air ducts not exceeding two (2) feet (610 mm) in diameter. The transmitter's thermocouple comes attached to the probe head. This is a single channel transmitter with no display.

The Johnson Controls T-5210-1002 temperature transmitter is designed to monitor, control, or set temperature in pneumatic systems. The silver steel case has an adjustable temperature probe body with a range of 0 to 100 F. A five and one-half inch capillary hose is included with the product to help conduct heat rapidly. This transmitter is designed for use with the following systems: cooler/heat pump, fan coil, outside air ventilation, warehouse heating/cooling or any other Air Conditioning System.
SP-T5210-1002 Temperature Transmitter is designed for use on air duct systems. The sensor assembly consists of an integral transmitter and sensing element/capillary tube. The sensor assembly fits within the duct run and transmits the measured temperature to the indoor or outdoor controller via a low voltage signal wire.
The Johnson Controls A/C Transmitter Pneumatic is a pneumatic duct transmitter which generates a 4-20 mA signal proportional to the air temperature sensed by the sensing bulb. The transmitter has a NPL1 connection, consisting of six terminals. The pins are numbered 1-6 left to right with terminal 1 being closest to the LCD display panel. The T5210 1002 transmitter has an ambient remote sensor, normally closed (N/C) indicating relay.
The T5210 is a thermal mass flow-proportional positive displacement pneumatic transmitter designed for use in process control applications. The rugged, phase II design with purge cavity is ideal for use in dirty, dusty environments where phase I ruggedness may compromise accuracy. The transmitter incorporates two types of protection against contamination; the relay switches between zero and span modes when zero rod contact is broken; and the relay switches to alarm (EEV), if phase change is encountered.
